Well today was the last day of week 3 of p90x! I'm pretty pooped! I haven't noticed a real change in appearance, but I definitely feel like I'm getting in better shape! Next week we have a whole new schedule of workouts!
I bought an xbox 360!!! It is pretty awesome :) I am glad that I get to get back into Halo again, but it has been almost 3 years since I've played so I really have to get back in the swing of it for Halo Reach! I suck again, lol it is weird.
There is another keyboard layout that they are thinking of implementing because it is supposedly more efficient and much quicker. Check it!

Hard Day and Night . . .
Well, it was my day off so obviously I was doing stuff all day.
I woke up, ate waffles, did P90x, drank a smoothie, mowed the lawn, trimmed the lawn, cleaned my car, showered, ate pasta for the first time in months, watched about 6 episodes of Grey's Anatomy, and that was my day. It went from about 9:45 to now - 12:51 am.
PS - Tony Horton's eyes look like a doe/turtle.
Today I suppose it hit me. I finally started to really miss Gabe. I know it will happen someday, I'm just impatient. Very impatient,
Well I open tomorrow so I ought to get some sleep.

Week 1 of P90x . . .
WELL! What a week this has been friends :)
Day 1: Chest and Back + Ab Ripper X = I can't do pushups! Sore arms and Latissimus Dorsi
Day 2: Plyometrics = the MOTHER of all workouts (also, the hardest!)
Day 3: Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X =I love lifting weights :)
Day 4: Yoga X = the first half is a bitch! But the second half was very swell
Day 5: Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X = At this point my abs are ripping in half!
Day 6: Kenpo X = Fun and sweaty!
Day 7: (tomorrow) Rest or Stretch X . . .
Well I'm happy to say that I feel pretty good! We have to take before, 2 middle, and an after shot of our front sides and back. No one gets to see the befores til my after is done! So look forward to it October 16th! Bitchin'!
I was once a tub of lard, and now I'm rock hard haha!
