WELL! What a week this has been friends :)
Day 1: Chest and Back + Ab Ripper X = I can't do pushups! Sore arms and Latissimus Dorsi
Day 2: Plyometrics = the MOTHER of all workouts (also, the hardest!)
Day 3: Shoulders and Arms + Ab Ripper X =I love lifting weights :)
Day 4: Yoga X = the first half is a bitch! But the second half was very swell
Day 5: Legs and Back + Ab Ripper X = At this point my abs are ripping in half!
Day 6: Kenpo X = Fun and sweaty!
Day 7: (tomorrow) Rest or Stretch X . . .
Well I'm happy to say that I feel pretty good! We have to take before, 2 middle, and an after shot of our front sides and back. No one gets to see the befores til my after is done! So look forward to it October 16th! Bitchin'!
I was once a tub of lard, and now I'm rock hard haha!
